NACF is Hiring a Fundraising Systems Coordinator


Do you have a passion for Native arts and cultures? The Native Arts and Cultures Foundation (NACF) is hiring a full-time Fundraising Systems Coordinator. Reporting to the Development Manager, the Fundraising Systems Coordinator is responsible for building, maintaining and utilizing the fundraising systems of NACF. This may include:  the grants management system, donor relations system and the database system. The Fundraising Systems Coordinator is available to support other senior level staff in relationship development and fundraising actions, as requested.

The position requires high-level of organization and an excellent understanding of the fundraising process. A successful candidate will have experience entering data and pulling reports from the fundraising database; creating a language library and writing basic grant content; managing a calendar of grant deadlines, reports and foundation connections and managing the logistic for a variety of donor events. Working virtually, the cloud-based systems facilitate internal document sharing and data management.


A detail-oriented individual with an innate understanding of NACF’s mission and the role of DEI in our community. They will be an excellent communicator in writing and take a great interest in developing and maintaining systems that make the fundraising department operate efficiently and smoothly. The Fundraising Systems Coordinator will be a self-directed and creative individual capable of navigating the unique opportunities and challenges of a virtual office.  Exceptional organizational and time management skills are key to engaging organizational leadership in nationally-focused relationship building and fundraising.
